What’s included in the delivered price?
The tree you choose, pickup and doorstep delivery. The listed package price is fixed. We find and collect your tree for you. Custom requests receive one tree + delivery quote for your approval.
What does the $49 all-in delivery-only service cover?
Already paid for your tree? Our $49 all-in delivery-only service covers pickup and doorstep delivery in Westfield, Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, Indianapolis and Kokomo. You arrange pickup authorization with your retailer. For trees you choose through us, delivery is already included in the listed package price. Indoor carrying, setup, stands and removal are not included.
When do I pay?
Pay on delivery by a method agreed directly with us. Submitting a request is free. We confirm availability and your delivery time before you confirm the order. This site never collects card or bank details.
What if my tree isn’t available?
We’ll contact you with an alternative if your choice is unavailable. You approve the different tree and its price before we buy it. We won’t substitute without your approval.
Can you collect a tree I already bought?
Yes. Choose “Deliver my prepaid tree” and tell us the store location. You pay the retailer and arrange pickup authorization. We confirm the tree is ready and agree a delivery time. Delivery is $49.
Can you bring it inside or set it up?
We deliver to your doorstep. Indoor carrying, setup, stands and removal are not included, so you can take it from there and make it your own.
Is my request a confirmed order?
Not yet. Sending a request is free and does not book a delivery. We confirm tree availability, delivery time and payment method with you first. Custom trees need your quote approval too. To ask a question or change your request, email hello@treetodrop.com with your request number. Any cancellation or return terms will be agreed before you confirm the order.
